I think that post would be considered "narrow-minded" because of this:

its all fake and all scripted

The winners are decided beforehand, but the wrestlers do not practice the moves each week. The match itself is done on the spot, as well as most of what they say with the microphone. A lot of it is improvisation. And I'm sure Stone Cold didn't get his neck fused with his spine for show. Or the fact that in twenty years, chances are he won't be able to walk. I guarantee, although the victors of the match are chosen before then, the fighting still hurts. THAT'S why he probably thought it was narrow-minded. I really couldn't care less though.

Well, the storylines are scripted. A little too scripted these days. I miss The Rock.

Apologies if I got a little hot-headed, but those "It's Fake" comments really annoy me, due to the fact that wrestling really isn't fake. It may be scripted, but the amount of pain, injuries, etc that the performers go through is just unbelievable. Hell, wrestling is a lot more "real" than 90% of sports in the world today. A lot of people are ignorant to this fact. I don't blame them for keeping a very passé, 1980's view of wrestling, though, as that's what most people are fooled into believing due to stereotypes and whatnot.

I also miss The Rock. Mr. Kennedy seems to be doing quite well on Smackdown, though. His verbal skills are absolutely amazing!

Note to fans: make sure you catch Friday Night Smackdown tonight. It's looking great so far.

I almost refuse to watch Smackdown since Batista is still the champ. and the Undertaker is losing a lot.

chaos: If you haven't heard already, the main event of Smackdown tonight will be the legend killer, Randy Orton (my personal favorite) against Latino Heat, Eddie Guerrero.

Rubedo: I hope Wrestlemania 22's main event will include Randy Orton. I still think that 21's main event should've been Randy Orton vs. Batista.

I don't watch it anymore. The injuries might be real, but the fighting isn't. I saw "Raw's Top Ten" and they were showing how Trish was practicing the Chick Kick. So...its kinda fake xD

chaos: If you get turned off because of a predetermined winner, I can understand that. But, yes, the fighting may be in a sense fake, but if they get injuries, and hurt during the actually fights, wouldn't that count as a fight?

Rubedo: When I look at wrestling, I focus more on how the wrestlers work together, and put on a good show for the crowd. And IMO, they need a lot of practice for what they do.

They show Raw and smackdown here, but we are a month behind what they show in the US and they never show the big shows like summerslam, wrestlemania, vengeance and all the other ones.

Oh, teh Pay-Per-View. I can't afford 13.95 for a show! Oh, and they only practice once, ya know. The only real person I know of for now is Kurt Angle. He didn't jump off the cage in Hell in a Cell for practice, but when the Pay-Per-View came, he actually did and injured himself in the process. That was when he has hair. And he was fighting Chris Benoit

Rubedo: That match was a classic. A moonsault splash from the top of the cage... ouch!

Trowa: I believe that was that was on this one RAW special, where the WWE was giving out awards to different wrestlers for different reasons. Kurt Angle won that award for the "I can't believe I saw that" moment award. *Sits and stares and sits and stares*

You are correct. I know that had to hurt. Remember the most dysfuntional family? By God, they are worse than the Ozbournes! It's amazing how Triple H got married to Stephanie, ain't it? That was the worse impression of Stephanie I have ever heard! The beer truck thing was classic. Again, teh Kurt Angle

chaos: Ah the Beer Truck. Voted #1 or #3 on RAW's top moments. (I can't really remember which : / )

Rubedo: What were your favorite non pay-per-view matches? RAW's had some very good ones. For example, the Street Fight between Edge and Matt Hardy. Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler acting all sombre when Matt Hardy did a side effect off the top. Edge crying added a lot to it as well. I almost bought it.

chaos: Speaking of Jim Ross, I miss that guy. Last week on RAW... Linda McMahon...grrr, so angry...

Is it just me or do people attempt to murder the Taker, thing they acccomplish it, then when they see their thought to be win, he comes back months later and is the same?
It looks like the ground had a sex change.
