this game is the best ever I got to at mit the others were good but this one rocks you can do so many things you know you will never get tierd of it is that cool has one played this game if so please share.

I love it. I got it when it first came out...
I'm playing at the arcades, building up the card whatnot. I use Xiaoyu (renamed Convoy Butterfly, planning to rerename to Angelic Layer, after I get white costume finished.)
I'm getting alright, not quite good enough with the timing yet but can execute the strings and juggles I want to. It's way better than that failure of an arcade game, Tekken 4.
I played it for a few minutes when my friend rented it. It was pretty cool. I especially liked the fact that they had the first three Tekkens included with it. Now THAT is awesome.
Aint come out in UK yet but im gonna get it as I missed out on

Trust me when I say you're not missing out on anything. Uneven floors, random objects in the middle of the stage. Entirely too much experimentation on Namco's part resulting in a very very unpopular game (at least in the arcades). Tekken 4 was more or less a beta version for testing new characters like Steve and Marduk who would end up pretty damn smooth in Tekken 5.Originally Posted by gibbi8

I've never been a big fan of the Tekken series, but I must say that I thought Tekken 5 was quite good when I played it. I do enjoy the way that Tekken 5 (I think 3 had one also) puts in a beat em up game in case you get tired of playing the main one-on-one mode.
The fighting isn't as smooth as Soul Calibur 2, but it is still very good.
To hell with Battletoads and Double Dragon.
THIS is the ultimate team.
