Everytime I type something and I hit the ' key it brings up the Find Text feature. This really annoys me when I'm trying to type something. How do I fix this?

You're probably not typing inside a textbox. When you type outside a textbox, firefox searches for it on the page.
Otherwise.
Check in the advanced tab in the options, which is under tools.
Turn off begin finding when I begin typing.
I can't find that.

Joel. Go Tools > Options > and then you're are in the Advanced section. You probably have the <i>Accessibility: Begin finding when you begin typing</i> checked off. That's the first thing on there.

CRAP. It's still doing it, to does this only when I post a comment on an LJ now. I can't properly punctuate anymore.
I've never had a problem with it, except when I was trying to type with the wrong area selected.
I use ' all the time:P It like almost completely replaces the double quotes for me.
Simply stop using Firefox, and start using Opera.
