I think the first movie I saw on one was The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Maybe it was Independance Day. I don't recall.
The most recent movie I saw on one was Goldmember. It was pretty meh.
As far as I know, it's still open. I should check it out sometime.

I love them and I have gone many times. Triple horrors are the best. There's still one around out of the three that there used to be where I used to live.

I'm 16 and have a drive in pretty close. Recently I was shocked to find a giant crater in the screen while I was passing by. Guess I won't be going there anytime soon, but I used to go.
I don't think I've ever seen one that was still a drive in.

I love drive-in theaters. I go to the Santa Monica Drive In every chance I get. It's not a drive-in per say since you don't actually drive in, but it's still a fun outdoors movie experience.
There's a drive-in theater in my town, but I've never been. I keep bugging people but they say it's boring and cold and they don't want to.
