    FFVI borrowed a sample from a 1977 record?

    ok, anybody here a fan of brian eno?

    i got before and after science on vinyl a few months ago and this has been bugging me so i figured id ask y'all...on the song "king's lead hat" from brian eno there is this sound every four counts that sounds almost EXACTLY like the sound on FFVI when your turn comes up. the little two-note high-pitched thing...play it and you will see what i mean...has anybody else ever noticed this? anybody else familiar with brian eno?
    edit: sig size limit is 50kb and height limit is 250px.

    doubting it's connected
    brian eno does do a lot of ambient stuff though, and ambient requires some searching for random sounds
    good chance that video game sounds sound exactly like something else based on pure chance
    unless the sfx guys were brian eno fans, i dunno
