that's how the video ends. They start the fight, and the video ends in a flash of light, not because of bandwidth. You'll never know who has won, because there is no proof to saying that Sephi, or Cloud won.
Some people might say that you can see Cloud at the end of the game in the credits, therefore he won the fight. Not true, because even if you don't see him fight Sephi, you'll still see him in the credits.
So, as I said, the video ends in a flash of light. I downloaded Showdown of Fate from many different sites, and they endup the same. I read many arguments and duscussions about the video, and everyone agreed that the video ends in a flash of light, so stop your wailing. You won't know who one...

Oh, I wasn't wailing, but thanks for the explenation. Still odd that it says its over 2 minutes long and cuts out before even reaching 2 minutes. And I can understand their need to make suspense. But they coulda made it longer >_>
