I think the taste of blood types corresponds to the letter.
for example:
Type A blood taste like Aniseed
Type B Blood tastes like Beer
Type O blood tastes like Oatmeal and...
Type AB blood tastes like All Bran
Altho this is just a bizarre fantasy, if only they did taste like the aforementioned foodstuffs. It would be vampirism for me.
