Mogs

I saw some preview images and I found out that Mog appearance has really changed. What do you think? Were they better before or now? I thinn I'll miss classical Mogs a lot, they're the first Final Fantasy character I ever learned to recognize. I hope at least they still say "Kupo"...

They still said kupo in FFTA, which is from where this game is drawing a lot of its art direction. The non-Ivalice games will certainly retain the classic design.

I tend to prefer classic Mogs for a reason though.
Two years and a half ago I met this guy who became a good friend of mine. And he gave me this pretty keychain for Christmas which I kept , hanging it on my bag even though I didn't know what it was. I just could read "Square" in katakana on the back of it so I supposed it was from Final Fantasy. And now here I am, picking up everything from Final Fantasy that could be useful for my thesis...and also all the rest of it!
And the keychain? I found out later it was a Mog. It's my talisman now!

The Classic Moogles are much better than the New Ones! At least I think so. This new design will probably just be for FFTA, FF12, and other Ivalice FF Games that come after them. o_o

I didn't know there were Moogles in FFVIII. I didn't get to see any of them. The Final Fantasy IX Moogles are the best looking for me. The Kingdom Hearts one, the nose is too fircken huge! I want the big furry Moogle (FF: CC) to be my pet. It's very cute looking, if I do say so myself.

I didn't know there were Moogles in FFVIII. I didn't get to see any of them.

In FFVIII, Minimog is a Guardian Force. Unfortunately, Minimog is acquired through Chocobo World, which requires one to have a PocketStation.

question: i always thought Mog/Moogle were the same, but now that i think of it, Mogs don't have antennas, right?

n-e-ways. they're ok with me. i like the ones from FFXII, FFCC, FFTA, KH, FFVIII, and the classical cat-bear Mogs. i don't really like them withe their eyes shut.
