Hmm..I am NOT reading that crazy long post to see if you already have this in there (you took all of our answers!!!):
Go to clock tower either before the phantom appears there, or after you defeat it..either one works, and every game hour, find the door above the clock itself (on the tower) that has a light above it. Open that door, and VOILA!! Instant stuff! Every GAME hour, remember!
