But a nuturing relationship isn't paedophilia. I can see a child and love it in a way where I hope it'll live happy and be healthy, like a sibling. But that's not me thinking I'm IN LOVE with it, that's me caring about it.

And also, kids don't usually date until they hit puberty, unless it's "MAYBE kiss on the cheek, let's go to Chuckie Cheese and bowl" crush. I know I had crushes when I was around 9, but it was like an infatuation thing where I just wanted play video games with the kid (same age) and maybe go to a pizzeria, nothing more.
