This is a play that I am absolutly dying to see. It's supposed to be with puppets, but hysterically funny in a dirty way, like Seseme Street meets South Park. I've heard 3 songs off the sound track, and I love it. Ytmnd.com used to have "Everyone's a little bit Racist" on it, the whole song, which was brilliant and hysterical, but now it only has "The Internet is for Porn" which is still awesome, but not as good. These songs are really true and funny. And the singers are really talented, in my opinion.
Has anyone seen this play? It's on Broadway and it won a Tony Award. Has anyone at least heard the sound track?
I've heard some of the soundtracks, I've seen the opening in my theater class. The music is absolutely amazing. I am dying to see this on the national tour.
"The Internet is for Porn" is great, and "You Can Be As Loud As the Hell You Want When You're Makin Love" is pretty funny, but I think my favorite is "If You Were Gay"....you just have to hear it. xD
"I'd decide to tell you everyday, that it's okay, you were just born that way, and as they say, it's in your DNA!" "I'm not gay!" Was my favourite part. xD
I really want to buy the soundtrack to Avenue Q, and eventually, see the actual play.
