Perhaps I'm asking the wrong peoplebut I was just wondering if anyone had any sure fire cures for laziness? Something to jazz up their energy and stamina... eat breakfast every morning, walk for 20 minutes, drink eight glasses of water, meditate?
Any personal tips or tricks anyone uses to get and keep themselves going throughout the day? I find am seriously in need of some energy. Some days I can barely drag myself from one place to the other. I'm so lazy and I don't want to be but it seems to be a vicious behavioral cycle.
I've considered starting to drink coffee to get an artificial boost but if there are other options I'd like to avoid it....
