To make my party, it usually consisted of Squall, Rinoa, and Zell. They were my favorite characters. I didn't take much liking into Irvine, Quistis, and Selphie. lol, I hated them.

I voted other for Squall, Selphie and Quistis. I love using Selphie and Quistis cos they are my favorite characters in the game. But i dont use them everytime, i like to shuffle through the the charcters and never use the same characters twice in a row
My favorite was Squall, Zell and Irvine.
But I did start to develop the others too as Squall had reached lvl 100

I picked other. Squall, Selphie, and Quistis. I like to give my characters classes, Squall was the fighter, Quistis was the support fighter, and Selphie was the mage. Zell and Rinoa both annoyed me to no end (no offense to those who like them) so I don't like using them and I never much cared for Irvine.
Because those are my favorite characters.
Squall, Selphie, and Zell. I don't know why, but they seem to be my best party. Maybe I just got used to them from having to use them in the begining or something.

Thats my favorite, mainly because I wanted Squall and Rinoa to be together so I added Rinoa in my party
Squall - apart from being a necessity, his Str, Vit, Mag and Spr were second to none thanks to the Bonus abilities I was using from Lv 20 onwards.
Rinoa - great character, choice of two Limit Break styles, maximum Vit, Mag and Spr stats.
Quistis (sometimes Selphie) - not bad storyline character. Has Shockwave Pulsar (or The End in Selphies case) and maximum Str, Mag and Spr.

Hm, I feel kind of sorry for my other characters. Lol, I mean..I work best with Squall, Zell, and Rinoa as my party. But then I feel kind of selfish just liking those parties. Hah, I know it's silly..but once I get into a game I feel for the characters.
Technically it's Squall, Irvine, Rinoa, but that's not up there, so I'll go with what i have now, which is Squall Selphie, Rinoa.
Squall, Zell and Irvine. They all have multiple-hit limit breaks. That's pretty much my only reasons.
