Thread: How bloody pathetic.

I want to master the Zanbato . . . gigundo sword like the buster yet double-edged and much heavier and more awkward.

Does anyone know how to upload pics onto the internet? I have pics of some swords from 7 I made using "Paint" [application] I'd like some feedback on, but I don't know how to show them.
    Jack: How do you know?

Will: It's more of a feeling really.

Jack: Well, that's not scientific. Feeling isn't knowing. Feeling is believing. If you believe it, you can't know because there's no knowing what you believe. Then again, no one should believe what they know either. Once you know anything that anything becomes unbelievable if only by virtue of the fact you now... know it. You know?

    Will: No.

If Demolition Man were remade today

Huxley: What's wrong? You broke contact.
Spartan: Contact? I didn't even touch you.
Huxley: Don't you want to make love?
Spartan: Is that what you call this? Why don't we just do it the old-fashioned way?
    Huxley: NO!
    Spartan: Whoa! Okay, calm down.
Huxley: Don't tell me to calm down!
Spartan: What's gotten into you? 'Cause it sure as hell wasn't me.
Huxley: Physical relations in the way of intercourse are no longer acceptable John Spartan.
Spartan: What? Why the hell not?
Huxley: It's the law, John. And for your information, the very idea that you suggested it makes me feel personally violated.
Spartan: Wait a minute... violated? Huxley what the hell are you accusing me of here?
Huxley: You need to leave, John.
    Spartan: But Huxley.
    Huxley: Get out!
Moments later Spartan is arrested for "violating" Huxley.

By the way, that's called satire. Get over it.

I guess his best swords like Apocalypse and Ultima Weapon are in the shop. Too bad, I would have liked to see them rendered.

Mercen-X, Can't you just attach the file to a new post in the Arts and Writing forum?

Generally a blade that large shouldn't be wieldable, but again, it's fantasy so I just don't object.

Actually, looking at it, Cloud's Buster Sword is probably more practical than Sephiroth's Masamune. The Buster Sword might be large and heavy, but it's small enough to still at least maintain some balance while wielding. Sephiroth's sword is so long it must be a beast to use without tipping over.

Yeah, but think how big a pain it would be to mount it.

That'd be an expensive wall ornament, in my opinion. And you couldn't even use it to pretend your classy, like with paintings.
Boy am I an unfunny ass.

Well, if you make it a wall ornament you can cut off limbs whenever somebody says anything about it.
One more reason to save up.

This is why the game says Sephiroth is the only person who can wield the masamune due to his incredible strength.

this is a little bit off topic now but i think its ok to move on.

I noticed how in the AC trailers, clouds buster sword has two materia slots, which i believe is the amount of slots you get for the sword in the game. So do we take this as granted that Materia WILL be involved in the film? There are also numerous occasions where the three SHM cast some sort of spells while cloud comes skidding in with his motorbike. It would be cool if Materia was involved.

It would also be cool if we could see like Cloud or someone equip things like a ribbon (maybe this would make him immune to Geostigma?). My point is, they should include a lot of FF7 traits that would work well, but leave others out (*cough* Caith Sith *cough*) instead of just leaving everything out or chucking everything in for what they think is for the audience.

I dont think they will include materia or accessories etc. They make for a good game, not a good movie.

most likely, but what about those two slots? Maybe they just didnt "exclude" it from the original buster sword for other reasons, but maybe they deliberately left it in there. Besides, Square-Enix sayd they are being careful, even with all the interviews and trailers, not too reveal too much about the movie.

The blade on the sword is TOO wide to sharpen it so it just looks like a sword. You wouldnt be able to cut with that thing when you think about it. Its more of a warhammer. If you swing it very hard at someones ribs you could break them.
    Active after a year? ZOMG.

But yeah when i DID post a year ago I was an ass to everyone. So sorry about that. You can totally tell I used to think i was "gangsta" just by my name. Boy have I changed.

I dont think they will include accesories but im pretty sure that they will mention materia in the movie...it played a big role in FF7 so i dont think they would leave it out...and i think Clouds little self carrying that big sword looks awesome, very unreallistic...i think unrealistic is cool to a certain point...
