We showed up for The Matrix movies two hours and four hours early for the last two, and weren't first in line either of those times. You must live in a much smaller area than here. xP

You just don't appreciate a good nerd when you see one then. They were hillarious.

You can bring a BBQ to the theater. The nerds that camped for two weeks had tents and a TV and everything. I can't think of anything you can do at home that you can't do in front of the theater, except, you know... shower. It's like saying "Why go to Ozzfest when I have the CD?"

I'm not saying you have to go or anything, I'm just saying that going is not retarded, and I had a lot of fun last time.

EDIT: And I would like to note that I am taking the time to argue this so thourally because I'm horrifically bored in class, not 'cause I'm all that outraged or anything. xP

I don't really care either because I am at work(Still) waiting for stuff to happen >_< I numbered the responses to go along with the quotes because I don't feel like breaking up the quotes into smaller quotes like you did...because I am lazy

    1) I am not a pro and do prefer to stick with who I know. I will not deny that. I have gotten much better over the years from the shell of a person I was but I can't change that much :/

    2) South Burbs of Chicago. 10-15 miles south of me is farm land while 20 miles north of me is the edge of Chicago. Not super busy but not dead either.

    3) I really don't...and I wouldn't want to be associated with them either. Not my kind of nerd by far.

    4) I don't like music concerts either for just about the reason you listed. There are other things but if I had to choose something then that would be it.

I'm a huge Star Wars fan (Hell, I own 50+ books) and am extremely hyped about the movie. I'm not one to camp out at a theatre or dress up as a character, but I'll be seeing it as soon as I can. A group of friends and I are debating whether or not to see it Wednesday night and ditch school Thursday, or see the movie the next day.

Interesting Star Wars trivia: The color of Luke's lightsaber on the Star Wars Encyclopedia was incorrect. Or something to that effect. Anyway, never judge a book by its cover!

My friends are trying to convince me to camp out and dress up with them as Wookies.

I actually don't like music concerts either... and I generally don't like meeting new people, but I find the nerds amusing and don't give them my number or anything so it's not like I'm making new friends. I don't like making new friends. xD

I'm looking forward to this movie very much. I've managed to convince my Girlfriend to see it with me, which I'm pleased about. As long as she keeps her mouth shut during the movie, everything will be alright.

I will probably be seeing the midnight showing on the day it comes out, as I have done for the other two.

I just heard off theForce.net that there will be a SW live action show that takes place between RotS and ANH! They are scheduled for 100 episodes, lasting an hour an episode! How cool is that!? George himself will be directing the first season, so no worries about who the director is! Note, they said 'first season'. May there be more? Still, a LIVE ACTION SW show, this is what fans have been begging for since the Ewoks special...

I'll do my best to see it ASAP, but I doubt I'll see it openning night. I'm really looking forward to it, though I am a little bummed out that this is the end until someone else buys the franchise to makes Ep. VII-IX. Of course, if it's someone other than Lucas making them they'll be worse than Ep. I and II already are. Granted Ep. I and II weren't that bad.

Interesting. I havent heard anything about it myself, but that sounds promising. Though to note, I wind up more worried when Lucas directs than otherwise, he seems too obessed with visual effects these days. Hopefully the tv show will happen, and turn out beautifully.

A hundred episodes an hour a piece? That's eight times longer than all six films combined!
There is no signature here. Move along.

Note: If they're contracted for 100 episodes, there will be more than one season. There are no 100-episode seasons. And I've never heard of a show being contracted for more than one season right off the bat, so we shall see.

He's making two shows--one a Computer Animated continuation of the Cartoon Network Clone Wars cartoon, to be extended into 30 minute episodes, and the live-action series mentioned above.

Yeah, usually there's about 27 to 30 episodes in a season, so the 100 he's talking about most likely extends into another season.
