What a lovely thing water is, and your anatomy will certainly tell you the same. What I'm really wondering though - how much do you drink of the clear stuff a day? Daily guidelines recommend, as I'm sure most people know, around 1.5 litres or eight 200ml glasses.
I tend to drink around 2 to 2 and a half litres. Keeps me alert and refreshed. Only downside is the obvious diuretic effect
