Water
What a lovely thing water is, and your anatomy will certainly tell you the same. What I'm really wondering though - how much do you drink of the clear stuff a day? Daily guidelines recommend, as I'm sure most people know, around 1.5 litres or eight 200ml glasses.
I tend to drink around 2 to 2 and a half litres. Keeps me alert and refreshed. Only downside is the obvious diuretic effect

I try to drink lots of fluids in the form of TEA!
Not much at all. I know I should, but I dont. I'm a soda junkie.
lately I'm too lazy to drink water.
usually though I keep a big pitcher by my computer for the express purpose. might refill it once or twice a day.
I melt whenever it comes near me.
I should call a docter.

I drink two brita filter pitchers worth everyday... the smaller version, it's well over 2 liters. Needless to say, I pee a lot.
Same as you Dr. K. 2 - 2.5 litres.
When I think of it, I drink it. But I usually drink very little fluids during the day. Instead of having a drink with my meal, I tend to have an orange or something. I dunno.
Now I'm horribly thirsty though. Stupid being in class....

If I can afford it, I'd drink it a lot. Which is now.
If I can't, I have to settle with tap water, and a bad case of peeing blood.

Probably about 6 or so glasses a day on average.
Around 3 standard bottles a day...
