    Oh sure mock me. Just because a thing is common knowledge doesn't mean everyone knows it. I have FF7 sitting in my room waiting for me when I finish 5 and 6 and one major surprise has allready been ruined for me.

    I haven't beat the game yet. But I do get emotional at the end of a book series. It may be because I know it's over or that the endings are usually sad.... dunno.

    I cried, a lot during the ending of FFX. Not so much as when (SPOILER)I killed the Aeons, I beat most of them with Spare Change, but when my sister started crying when (SPOILER)Auron got sent I started to cry. But the bit that really got me was when (SPOILER)Yuna fell through Tidus It was so sad. I cried all the way through the credits, then for like 5 mins after the 'The End' screen came up.

    That... sucks. I feel your pain there. I found out from some stupid website talking about who cloud should be with. The webmaster was female and hated both girls, but figured he should kill himself and go with her on the other side, as the lesser of two evils. But actually SEEING the scene the first time... It mattered not that I knew it was coming. The experience was still astounding. Unless you've already watched the scene. In which case I really pity you x_x;;

    I found X particularly sad, because of the ending. So yeah, I guess I too become emotionally attatched. I need to play Phantasy Star... *Runs off to video game store* ^_^

    Well, I will probably get it... right now I still have FFV (half way through) and FFTA (1/4 through) to go...So it will have to be sometime after that.

    I haven't seen it yet. Though from prior experience I know that forehand knowledge of a thing will soften the impact of a surprise. And of course, I won't remember what I had for breakfast or the password for something or that I promised to do something at a certain time, but I'll never forget a spoiler I'm trying to erase from my memory.

    I'm trying to think of a way to bring this post back on topic...

    Ok:
    I just reached the scene in FFV where (SPOILER)Galuf dies to rescue Krile. I knew it was going to happen but the scene itself still touched me. I just become attached to the characters in games and books, and when someone is killed off or ressurected or does something stupid or selfless I feel for them.

    The personal attachment towards characters is what really sets ff apart from everything else.
    Organized people are just to lazy to look for things.

    You're right... Unfortunately, with each installment I grow less and less attached T_T I wish I could bring back those feelings.

    The ending of FFX made me cry like a little girl who just fell down and skinned her knees. And I was 17 at the time. It doesn't really manage to make me cry anymore (did about the first 20 times though), but when Yuna says "Never forget them." I still come pretty close.

    OOC:17....damn, is FFX really that old?

    this is the only game that has got my emotions involved...seriously takes a lot for me to get that itchy feeling in my eyes

    it was just that part...yuna and tidus...the "attempted" embrase Yuna needed....holy crap...that killed me, I didn't cry, BUT...i was just in shock...couldn't believe that was the end of the journey, after all that...Yuna couldn't get that last touch....but after the credits ruled and I stared at "THE END" sign for five minutes...i fell in love with the game...so awesome

    The ending of FFX was a little sad, but not enough to make me cry.
