    100% 12 grain whole wheat bread from Dempster's is the only bread I eat. Any type of white bread is fat. Pure 100% fat.

    Wheat only, though I've never even tried some of those... Hawaiian sounds interesting. I'm a vegetarian so I eat a lot of bread and potatoes... ^_____^ Well... maybe...

    I like wholemeal or Multi Grain.

    Ciabatta is nice, as is good old Baguette. Fresh from the oven. MMMMMMMMMMM its good.
