Hello, and welcome to ANCIENT FADS(Issue 1). Today, we bring you a little clip from the not-too-long-ago time of February 2005. Back then, this quirky little video came out. It features a fat kid sitting on his chair and lip syincing to soem romanian song. It's called Numa Numa. Now, I don't understand why this video is so famous. But, hey, I'm not the general public. Anyway, I heard about this on the news. It's a catchy tune, that's why I keep it tabbed but I don't watch it. This kid was on the freaking news! But, I've heard from very reliable sources(my friends) that he never wanted to be famous. I heard he dropped out of his school. But, it wouldn't matter, because EVERYONE KNOWS WHO HE IS!!! Anyway, he was put way up there with Star Wars Kid and craps like that. I'll bring you Star Wars Kid next. Haha. Stupid nerds.

Always wondered what language the song was in...it was an oddly addictive tune. One I'd rather not have to hear again, for fear of getting it stuck in my head.

The song is Romanian, not Russian.

Yes, it's Romanian, the song's title is "Numa Numa Yei", it's by a band known as "Oasis" (I think) and it's actually surprisingly good. It's a love song, and maybe a little too upbeat considering it's a lost-love type love song. . But still, very good. I can understand about six words in Romanian, though, and have to work off a translated lyrics book.

ummm... if you click on the link you'll find it's name isn't "Numa Numa Yei' and it's not by Oasis... please go click on that link n.n I version in the video is one of Huichii, maybe not... it has to many versions. XD

Nope, O-zone is correct name... oops... (well, I was right about the "O"). It's name, I'm sure, is still Numa Numa Yei.

Actually, I think it's the Huichii version, even though O-zone was the oringal, I think that's the one used... it sounds like it.
