    OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I got it, It's a Chimera or however their called in the game. The head is like in the middle and it turns to different kinds of magic and what not.

    That beast you fight in Ulty´s castle at the armory and in great salt lake as a monster in salt lake.The final form in Ulti´s castle is named Gargantua.But I don´t remember the general name.
