I think G SpOtZ indicated that someone can have his turn.
The rules are simple:
1) Whoever correctly guesses the latest riddle gets to post one of their own.
2) Whoever correctly guesses the lastest riddle can opt to allow someone else to take their turn. In that case the person who posts next can ask a riddle.

Yeah, someone else can take my turn. Guessing at riddles is good times, but I'm no good at coming up with my own most of the time.
