Question before anyone can even hazard a guess: What the hell is "behound"? Is it supposed to be "beyond", or "behind"?

Nope.Why do you think that?I see.You think that because Omega is white,the sorceress lives afar from it´s location,you need to use heros on the battle,you think the frequency refers to the sound,etc...
But that´s not the case.
The last two lines were the key to understand the riddle.

I say that because, the city, from afar looks white, but in fact has many colours, being a city.
The Evil Sorceress is Adel.
Walking beyond blue means going beyond the sky (or ocean) using the Ragnarok.
And in order to find it, you have to look beyond the wavelength of the camouflage (or holographic, or whatever) barrier, but hit its frequency bang on to get through the barrier, being the part where the barrier starts to fizzle in and out after beating the Abadon, when you get past the barrier.

By the way we never see the city white (at least I never saw it ).

If you discover the keyword on the last line the rest of the riddle will be straight.

The Rosetta Stone in Ulti's castle. Based off the last line, you have to "stomp" all the notes at once to get it.

Nope.
One needs to understand a little about basic physics to get it.
The last line should be interpreted literally.Note the word formed with capital letters.
The "sorceress" thingy helps a lot.

Well, beyond infrared is radio waves. So I suppose this refers to the radio tower in some way?

Is it the lighthouse?
Because the lighthouse and the shelter that Edea lives in is white
And the land surrounding it and the rooms it used to have was colorful.
Before it was destroyed, it was also white
The evil sorceress was Ultemecia, which controlled sorceress Edea
The hero's have been there already, and they know of the shelter
At first on the map, she's not on it, so she is isolated.
Um...you can only find it if you fly around it, and really, Squall's the one who found it. And about the freqency, I'm not sure about xDDD

There is no limit to the number of guesses. It keeps going untill everyone gives up.

Is the answer the worldwide signal interference?
