The answer to line 3 is not Cerberus, but Cerberus is related to the answer.

Line 4 does refer to a painting, but the subject is not Judgement.

Occult Fan issues don't really help you unless you already know what they're for. I have 2 of them. And I got them BOTH after I got Doomtrain.
