    Default ...Um...

Does anybody else get overly emotional when playing videogames, or am I an enormous weirdo.

No, you're not. I cried at the ending of FFX.

I haven't beaten the game. But I think I have watched a lot of the ending. Watching Tidus break down does kinda get to you. But then I remembered how much of a wussy cry baby I think he is... >_>; No offense. He's just a little TOO emotional sometimes. Kinda takes away from the moments. But yeah. Certain games have brought a tear to me eye. Some of the Phantasy Stars come to mind. And of course other Final Fantasies.

I feel you. I get emotionally involved in video games, but I don't know which makes me cry more; the what actually happens in the game, or the fact that it's over.

But yeah. (SPOILER)The death of Jecht. is where I started to get misty eyed, and then (SPOILER)defeating my Aeons, one by one made it worse. By the time (SPOILER)Yuna performed the final FINAL sending and Auron left. it was all over for my composure. xD

    Signature by rubah. I think.

When the(SPOILER) aeons were destroyed , I would have been upset, but it was like OH MY GOD. This is THE most boring boss/es I have EVER faced. You should have been able to (SPOILER)die, already!

Why were the aeons so easy to beat anyway, like Remiem Temples version of Bahamut in FFX.
All it did was sit there and think angry thought counting down to overdrive, while you hack away at it.

IF getting mad at videogame characters counts as overemotional, ive been there.IN blitzball, i could have a shot of 30 and the cathcher hads 25, when i shot it it went there 27 and he caught it/.
It looks like the ground had a sex change.

I get emotional aswell. When sad things happen, I become deeply saddened. Also, when characters do stupid things, I have a tendency to yell at them.

I cry at ffx's ending. Every. time.

even if I'm just randomly fighting the last bosses for fun, to see how much I can pwnze them.

Yeah, that's pretty much me too. I probably get too attatched for my own good, but I don't care. If it's an excellent story, with great characters to go along with it, it's hard not to be. It's just like a book, where I don't feel stupid at all if I cry.

Besides, FFX's ending....I don't see how you could not cry, or get at least a little bit emotional. I cried SO much. My god. But it was seriously perfect. And that's one of the reasons I despise X-2. Fun game, but I despise it. Although that's a different topic. =D

When I watch a movie or the television, I feel as if I am an observer. When I am reading a book or playing a game I feel as if I am part of the story. I become attached to the characters. When good things happen to them I'm happy. When bad things happen to them I'm sad. After finishing FFX I ran out the next day and got X-2 just so I could hope for an ending where (SPOILER)Tidus is ressurected and reunited with Yuna.
