Honestly, I do have a pair of shoes. They're lost in a closet somewhere. I wear them when I go boating or hiking because once I stepped on a lure and it sucked (I don't like cleaning up dried blood and nobody would do it for me because I was alone). And I have no great desire to hurt my bare foot on a jagged rock or have poor grip on a slimy one.

I only put on sandals when some joint demands shoes, but nobody ever really looks so I can get away with bare feet most places I go.

I'm in socks at the moment, as I've just got in from college. I usually wear either boots (most of the time) or Adidas canvas (occasionally). I wear silly loafers to college though
