This is actually simple, I always get it first try Never go for the first ballon let the trainer get it then you can easily get the next 3-5 ballons with the trainer behind you. For the first set of birds if the trainer is in front of you get right behind her and let the birds hit her. To dodge the birds just zig-zag around them
