Depends on the situation really. If it's situations I've never been in before, I could easily get stressed and a little uncomfortable (Driving lessons, for instance). But if my knowledge on the subject is wide, then I'm as calm as can be, because I know what I'm doing (at work, for instance). At work the customer is wrong 90% of the time. Sure, I've heard about all the "the customer is right" crap, but seriously, they're not.
