I am closing this for now so people don't start wasting their time on it. Any competitions must be approved by Staff before they are started, especially in this case because the Ciddies will be starting in a few weeks.
If this by chance gets approval from Loony BoB, then it might be reopened, but I don't see why you would need two threads for this anyway.
