i am now at the end of ffx, and suddenly i realized something. i have got some items that there seems to be no use for.....(hypello potion, musk, shining thorn, pendulum, winning formula, underdog's secret, door to tomorrow, etc....) when i'm in the items menu, looking at them, the help text says: there seems to be some use for this...
so, how can i use them?
What do they do, though? From what I've seen, quite often only one item matters in the "Mix"...such as, I "Mix" a Bomb Core and something else, and it only does the Bomb Core stuff, just many times. Would we have to "Mix" two of the same thing together to see their affects, or what?
Beyond the appplications possible in Mix, items like those can be used to customize Weapons and Armor.

I had 2 musks, so i mixed them, and it made a nul-all, thats all i know
Musks are more useful for confuseproof.
They do extra special stuff for your weapons and armor once you get enough of them. Things from deathproof, to break damage limit. Things like break hp limit, or mp limit. Death proof, confuse proof. All sorts of cool stuff.
Too big. The height limit is 250 pixels including images as well as text.
I suggest you to teach aeons abilities with those items and also customizing good armour.
wen i captured all the fiends in an area, it gave me 99 "door of tommorw"s u use it to equip "overdrive->AP" this is HIGHLY usefull when leveling up. I made special leveling up weapons for everyone, and it was like, wenever Yuna healed sum1, or weneva Auron hurt sum, they got more AP, was ace! So those things do have uses
there's no I in team, but there is in pie, as in meat pie, and meat is an anogram of team
