The Killers- Human. Why can't we be human AND dancers...? This song triggers nostalgia for me.

The Mars Volta - Cassandra Gemini
My screen name at a bunch of different places is a takeoff on this song's title. Which probably gives you a fair idea of the high regard in which I hold this song. Before I heard TMV (2004, I think) I had no idea people were still making prog like this. Of course, I've since heard a number of other bands that made me aware what I was missing.
"I Am" - Novel
Closer :: Nine Inch Nails
I don't like NIN much, but this song takes me back in a lot of ways, and it's very 'slick'.
Styx- Come Sail Away. SMURFING. . YES. THAT IS ALL.
Synops :: Karnivool
Not the even close to being the best song on Themata...which really just speaks for how smurfing amazing that album is. Has one of the most awesome gradual build-ups throughout the whole song. It's really rather awesome.
Dungen - Ta Det Lugnt
"Excuse me Miss, do you like pineapple?"
Ice Cube - What They Hittin Foe?
Ice Cube and the Bomb Squad was an inspired pairing to say the least.
Jim Sturgess - Revolution
One of my favourite Beatles songs and the focus of a great scene in Across the Universe.
...We could be heroes...
Black Sheep - Metric
Boy am I an unfunny ass.
Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five - Dreamin'
I'm pretty daft for not listening to this group sooner. I'm amazed at how versatile they are, especially considering hip-hop was still in its infancy at this point. Then again some songs on this album aren't even hip-hop, such as this one.
Staind- So Far Away. You can tell a lot about what a person likes to listen to by what they post here.
Moonsorrow - Jäästä syntynyt/Varjojen virta
This is pretty much one of my favourite albums ever.
