Clouds eyes are blue, and if you dont believe me just go to google seach and type in clou and zoom in on his eyes.
ehh yes his eyes are blue, its just that in some concept art it was changed to green. But for tifas hair colour, i dont think there is definite answer, its sometimes completely black, sometimes clearly brown, sometimes inbetween. I dont think even Squaresoft knew for definite what kind of hair colour they wanted to give her...

I havent seen any concept art where Cloud has green eyes.
Some concept art scans on-line make Cloud's eyes appear green-ish, but that's because the color contrast settings are slightly off. In the original art they were blue.
I always thought of him with a greenish blue colored set of eyes...
^^^you know how people people's eyes (esepcially like a dark brown or dark green) shine in the sun? And they look completely different...probably the same for Clouds
but when it comes to his rendered eye color: BLUE!!!
Im positive theyre blue, but they could have messed up during the game and accidently made his eyes green sometimes, yet i've never seen them green. Ever.

Just curious but why does it matter if his eyes are blue or green? Personally i couldnt realy give a toss....
