It doesnt. It does, however, state that his eyes have the glow of someone who has been injected with mako energy, which could be interpreted as glowing green, because mako is green. However, they simply glow, no green color attached.

They're blue. The left one looks green because of the overlapping blonde from his hair.

you know they might have changed his eyes to look more like a jpop star, as well as.....c'mon people they're asian...they do what they want, respect their authority!

I think they look better as blue anyways.

Cloud's eyes are blue... they always have been. As far as I remember, Aeris is the only main character with green eyes.

Yes they have a mako glow. But they're blue.
