Umm. I think the first time you can draw Ultima is at the draw point next to Mayor Dobe in FH - there is a draw point to the right of the screen (it is hidden). The max you can draw at a time is 9.
not sure on that, i'm positive that the first ultima draw point is in Shumi Village, on the left as you go into the entrance, just before entering the elevator. and the max. you can draw there is 10.

what is the maximum amount of Ultima Weapon cards you can hold?
You get to the FH one first, since it's impossible to get to Trabia before the garden becomes mobile. And the first place garden goes once it's mobile is F-H.
I thought ultima weapon was a random cardxD Edea sure seems to have a lot of them.

The time limit for Odin is 20 minutes, if I remember correctly.
