This, my friends, is the only real picture I know of Cloud smiling. I'm just adding it to prove the picture above this post, as well. As Cloud fights Kadaj, the whole team shows up in an airship, and Vincent (I believe) convinces them to stay out of the fight. Cloud's happy they understand, because --he knows Kadaj is a vessel which Sephiroth will put to use, and soon--
I'm convinced he is smiling because his lip curls after he lands beside his sword and pulls it from the Shin-ra building. Again, it's sort of blurry (I can't PrintScreen videos for some reason, and I need to use NeroVision Express to take a screenshot-- it reduces the quality), but it's clear he's frowning before, right?
