Actually, staff PMs are still recieved, I think. Unless BoB PM'd me and Yams PM'd DMKA before banning us. I had to delete a lot of PMs to respond to BoB kicking him in the face though.
EDIT: Well if it's unintended then you should fix it. It's not like fixing it would have any adverse consequences.
