Apparently Limp Bizkit were holding auditions for a new guitarist, and got all those auditioning to play original pieces, and got them to sign a contract saying that the pieces they played became property of Limp Bizkit.

Basically it was a sham to rip off the grassroots guitarists for their own benefit. That's just low.
