Per hand, every day? Hmm. You must have a LOT of protein because doing that everyday would tear your muscles apart, my friend. You can't work the same muscles everyday or you're going to LOSE muscle, due to the fact that you would be overstressing them.
Neva heard naything like that before.. I do it like this: 25 times with right, 25 left, 25 righjt, 25 left, 25 right, 25 left, 25 right and 25 left.

But, if that is so, I think iŽd better do that just every other day
