Eh, in support of terrorists? You're so blind I'm suprised you can see the screen. If people like you weren't so dangerous it'd be hilarious. Keep living in the dark kid, I believe it's where you belong. No matter what I show you'd instantly discredit with some strangely vague or insanely false reasoning. Living in ignorance is indeed bliss. The IRA were not terrorists, they were freedom fighters. What is you definition of a terrorist?

I made the flipant and crude remark because neatly laying out a bunch of inaaccurate and exaggerated facts doesn't realy deserve a decent answer. If there was any co-operation between the UK government and the loyalist paramilitarys it was on the level of information, never funding never supplying. As for bloody sunday, well the IRA did a damn good job of setting that up.

You blindly state all that as if it is fact. Keep believing all your own Propaganda kid. I'm tired, drained & bored of having to talk to closed minded puppets. Your opinions would insult every innocent dead if it wasn't so naive & farsical. The Redneck's stance is the same, but at least he has some intelligent things to say. Nothing you say is backed up by either brain power or fact. Therefore my time wasted on you is at an end. You have absolutely no IDEA, about anything regarding the Troubles here. I've lived here all my life, seen a lot of suffering, death, on both sides. I've lost loved ones & friends. Your opinion is that of a naive child who believes his parents when they say Santa is real. Enjoy you're bubble, let me know when you're ready to pop it.

rather than ban the lot of you, which would be pretty dumb, I'm just going to close this thread. I think we can all just agree that Cuchulainn has more firsthand experience with the IRA and the conflict in NI since he lives in Belfast, and therefore he has a much more emotional tie to this discussion which is really tagential to the discussion of torture by American soldiers.

If you want to have a civilized and non-flaming discussion of this, feel free to make another thread and try again.
