Look at their profiles. It says 'Gender' m or f on everyone's.
Some of them don't have it....
Then ask them directly. Its not required to input your age, but every profile has the option.
This thread makes me laugh, because I think it has something to do with me.

To find out someone's gender you could check their profile and trust that they put in the correct gender, or you could ask them and trust that they tell you the truth. There is really no other way. Any one can lie about their gender on the internet.
