I had a title for a little while actually. The admins decided to play a joke on me and a few other people by calling us various spellings of "Crash's Knight".

Crash himself became "administratar".

So that's one of the other ways to get one. Although that's only if they feel like playing jokes on you. Mine was even colored to match my avatar and sig.
