They're called custom titles. Once you've been here for 8 months, you get one. I think it'll be in your user CP and you'll be able to change it any time you want.

What they said was a joke with a sprinkle of sexual innuendo. You cannot get custom titles early unless, they give it to you because they want to. There is no actual method or procedure to obtain a custom title without the eight month membership requisite.

You can get that custom title early if it says:

No Sig for Me
No Eyes on Each Other For Me

Both of which are naughty in the sense that you have to disobey the rules to get them. One by constantly going against the sig limits and one by flaming, etc. in EoEO.
