    Default Thats... odd.

Well recently I had problems with my internet connection and had to reset my router (I use a 2wire hp1800 or something) I stupid forgot to copy my activation code and had to sift through a big list of them to find the right one.

I found one that works but now when I try to post on certain forums or submit ANY files from my computer the browser just pretends its uploading and then decides to stop half way through. Now everything else works fine. I can view websites perfectly and most forums work.

I was just wondering if this is due to me inserting a faulty activation code (it rejected the first one) or if its due to an over zealous firewall I accidentaly installed (I think I have 3 now)
    Word/s.

It might be the firewall software. I've seen some proxy programs reject connections if they are inactive for a certain time. (So if it takes a little longer than usual for your browser to post data, the firewall may be dropping the connection)

    I don't know...it's just an idea.
