Both seem to get annoyed pretty often, but Barret swears a hell of a lot more and calls more people names than Cid does.

By the way, that's called satire. Get over it.
I'd say Cid. Cid started talking trash and swearing so bad when you first met him, your team was horrified. he even got pissed off when you didn't sit down for tea. Barret certainly talks a lot of trash, but I think he calmed down a little bit towards the end of the game. Cid just seems like a little bit more of a hot-headed trash-talker.
Aww, before I saw the whole title I was happily thinking it was "who's the hottest?"

I'm gonna have to vote Cid. I don't know who swears more. But Cid is WAY cruder. His swearing has to do with name calling. He's so rude and mean to what's her face. Berret only use swearing to emphasize his statements. I don't think he's ever called anyone a @#$!%
