I actually read up somewhere on a health mag that not eating breakfast significantly boosts cancer risk up by a certain percentage..i think 3-4 times than if you have eaten breakfast i think...not sure about other meals but it seems that whatever you eat first determines alot in your day so i would say its pretty damn important..
i like to eat porridge with pork blood..either that or potatoes and eggs with a little meat or beans on the side..
I agree with Alice O_o being late(as long as you can stay in the class however) is much better than being unhealthy by not eating. Your classes we can always make up, however your health usually you cannot.
