We all know of them. Video games, TV Shows, Anime, all kinds of things with abominable plots that could have been so much more. The challenge? Take something that you think was done poorly, and make it good without changing too much of the original concept. You can totally rewrite the story or you can just make subtle changes here and there, but try to keep at least some of it intact.

I've a few in mind but I'll post them later, I want to see what you guys come up with first.
