OK, for the record, the demi question answer was the Vlakorados. The strategy guide says it has immunity, but its actually double effective.

Amd if you look in the Strategy guide to the Icicle Inn page on page 127, is shows Ifalna, but i do remember seeing Infalna, cause i thought it was weird.

sry. Any way... describe in detail how to obtain the Curse Ring.

1) You can get the Cursed Ring when Cloud, Tifa or Cid are the team leader. You need to enter Mideel before it gets destroyed, walk onto the first bridge section, listen for the 'clink' to the right of the house on the far left. Press 'O' to investigate and obtain the Beaten-Up Key. Go into the house on the right-hand side of the first bridge section and examine the door. You will then have the option to use the key, but it will become stuck. Choose the option to force the key. It will break and the owner will ask you what happened. Explain that you forced the key and it broke. He will laugh and explain the door is not real, merely a painting to represent the afterlife. For your troubles he will give you the Cursed Ring.

2) Steal it from Ultima WEAPON i) when you battle it before the Lifestream breaks through, ii) when chasing it in the Highwind and it hovers over Mideel.
