    Anything that's mature as hell. Probably crackerbarrel (sp?). There's a make over here called "SERIOUSLY STRONG CHEDDAR!", but it's so not! I've had better.

    For me, it's a toss-up between a nice mature cheddar, brie or mozzarella. It depends what it goes with.
