msn blocks

i know this has been a thread recently but i have been unable to find it again to use it so i guess i need to do this.

is their a way to find out who has blocked me on msn? is there a way of doing this without downloading something? i remember on the previous thread a link was given to a website which i think may have done it.

so for doing this but please do not close thei thrad until either the question is answered or the link to the previous thread given thank you.
