Japan is a day ahead of us, arent they? So it's a same day release. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I'm right.

Given the amount of time between then and now, I think it's safe to assume they'll be dubbing it. They'll just be doing all of the work at the same time... probably to keep impatience people from downloading it instead of waiting.
